          - Struggling relationships, marriages, parenting, or desired              connections
          - Dealing with depression or grief
          - Spiritual guidance

During my twelve years as a 1st grade teacher I grew tired of preparing children to go home at the end of our day by squatting beside them and, eye-to-eye, telling them it would be "okay" - when we both knew that it wouldn't. Finally, I determined that I wanted my lifework to be nurturing marriages and families - creating a safer, healthier place for children.

What we know is that while emotional walls are sometimes safe places for children to hide, they can stink on adults. Emotional walls keep the love of another from reaching our hearts and they keep our own love from freely
